AIRCLEAN V20 AIR PURIFIER

The InovaAir V20 has been designed for use in clinical environments, primarily for the removal of aerosol-based viral and bacterial contaminants.

Each system is individually certified using a calibrated, Met One, ISO compliant laser particle counter to meet or exceed the stated efficiency.

What do our Air Purifiers remove from the air?

STAGE 1 | Technostat® high-efficiency pre-filter
The Technostat® pre-filter is the first stage of the AirClean V20 Air Purifier.

Technostat® is a tribo-electret media and has unique charged characteristics which allow the filtration of sub-micron particle sizes including bacteria and viruses.

Technostat® is used in many medical applications which demand some of the highest levels of filtration since they are often used in life-support and human ventilation machines.*

The pre-filter captures ultra-fine sub-micron particles including; dust, bacteria & viruses before they reach the main H13 HEPA filter, enhancing filtration efficiency and extending the life of the HEPA.

STAGE 2 | H13 Medical-grade HEPA filter
With an incredible 6.4m² surface area. The HEPA filter in the V20 provides the highest level of filtration available. Certified at 99.97% @ 0.3 microns - tested down to 0.003 microns at 100% efficiency*. The HEPA filter removes viruses, bacteria, mould spores, allergens, pollen and dust mites.

FILTER CONSTRUCTION & SEALS
Filter endcaps are manufactured from steel, with steel mesh outer and inner casings to protect the HEPA paper and avoid damage during handling.
There are only 2 sealing faces on the filter (top & base) which are sealed using Poron® gaskets to ensure no unfiltered air can pass through the system.

EC Fan Technology

The Electronically Commutated (EC) fans used InovaAir Air Purifiers consist of a brushless DC motor with on-board electronics used to drive and control a fan rotor; compared to traditional AC induction motor technology. EC fans are powered by a 240 Volt AC electricity supply, which is converted to DC power by the motor’s electronics. EC motors can be up to 30% more efficient than Induction motors, largely because the secondary magnetic field comes from permanent magnets rather than copper windings.
